At Gabrini Cosmetics Jordan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or damaged product), Gabrini Cosmetics Jordan will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
